Starting to write

This site is a home for three kinds of long-running notes: technology, embedded systems, and fact-based analysis under the “Seeking Truth” section.

Why start with a static site

The first version deliberately avoids a server, a database, and an admin panel. Posts live as Markdown in Git, are built into static HTML, and are served from a CDN. The trade-offs are straightforward:

• there is no runtime to patch;
• publishing and rollback are atomic operations;
• the content format is portable, so changing hosts does not require rewriting posts.

What comes next

The home page will use a dark blue-violet particle background, while article pages stay calm. Reading comes before motion; the background respects prefers-reduced-motion and offers a pause control.
